Explore both of your worlds underwater and topside with the Descent Mk2 series of watch-sized dive computers for scuba, freedive and technical divers.

They feature multiple dive modes, such as single and multiple gas dives, gauge, apnea, apnea hunt and closed-circuit rebreather. The Descent Mk2 series comes with ABC sensors with an underwater 3-axis compass as well as surface GPS capabilities to mark your entry and exit points.

On land, the Descent Mk2 series doubles as a premium multisport GPS smartwatch with multi-GNSS support, multiple sports apps, wrist-based heart rate monitoring, Pulse Ox sensor, advanced training features, Garmin Pay payment service (8), music storage, smart notifications for calls, texts and calendar alerts and more.

The Descent Mk2i dive computer adds SubWave sonar technology (1) for integrated tank pressure monitoring on up to 5 tanks when paired with the included Descent T1 transmitter, making it ideal for instructors or group dives.

Dive Modes:

Get multiple dive modes for single and multiple gas dives (including nitrox and trimix), gauge, apnea, apnea hunt and closed-circuit rebreather; customize or add additional screens for each dive mode that features the fields you want to see.

Surface Multi-GNSS: Track your entry and exit (2) points with advanced satellite connectivity. Dive Log: Store and review data for up to 200 dives and share via the Garmin Dive app: Garmin Dive app offers unlimited dive storage. Compatible with inReach Devices: Pair with inReach satellite communicators (3), and have peace of mind using the water-resistant dive case accessory for the inReach Mini satellite communicator (each sold separately); protects inReach Mini to a depth of 330' (100m/10 ATM).

Air Integration: Pair Descent Mk2i with the Descent T1 transmitter for integrated pressure monitoring on up to 5 tanks via the SubWave sonar data network SubWave Sonar Transmit data such as remaining air time, air consumption rate and more for you and other divers within a range of up to 33' (10m).

Wrist-Based Heart Rate (5): Optical heart rate technology gauges activity intensity as well as heart rate variability to calculate your stress level; it also tracks underwater without a heart rate strap. Pulse Ox Sensor: For altitude acclimation, sleep monitoring or between apnea/apnea hunt activities on the surface, a Pulse Ox (4) sensor uses light beams at your wrist to gauge how well your body is absorbing oxygen.

Sports Apps: Use preloaded activity profiles for trail running, swimming, running, biking, hiking, rowing, skiing, golfing and more. Performance Metrics: View advanced training metrics that include running dynamics, heat and altitude-adjusted VO2 max, recovery advisor and more (4). PacePro Feature: PacePro is a first-of-its-kind feature that helps keep you on pace with grade-adjusted guidance as you run a course. Topo and Ski Maps: Use topographical maps to navigate your adventures, and view run names and difficulty ratings for 2,000 worldwide ski resorts. Safety and Tracking Features: If you feel unsafe or if your watch senses an incident, assistance, and incident detection features (6) send your location to emergency services. Feature not available while in dive mode.

Music: Store up to 2,000 songs, or access streaming music apps from your compatible services (7), including Spotify, Deezer and Amazon Music. The Garmin Descent Mk2i titanium carbon gray DLC with black band has a domed sapphire crystal, a sunlight-visible, transflective memory-in-pixel (MIP) display with a resolution of 280 x 280 pixels.

The watch bezel is a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coated titanium with a fiber-reinforced polymer with metal rear cover case. The Descent Mk2i comes with a titanium and silicone wrist band, measures 2 x 2 x 0.7" (52 x 52 x 17.8mm) weighs 3.5 oz (99.6g) with the silicone band and 5.65 oz (160.3g) with the titanium band.

The battery life in smartwatch mode is up to 16 days, in battery saver watch mode up to 50 days, GPS mode up to 48 hours, GPS + music mode up to 15 hours, max battery GPS mode up to 96 hours, dive mode up to 80 hours, dive mode with Descent T1 up to 32 hours and expedition GPS activity mode up to 35 days. Included with the Descent Mk2i are a black extra-long adjustment strap, charging/data cable and documentation.

Know your tank pressure from your wrist. Track your every breath when you pair the Descent T1 transmitter (1) with a Descent dive computer. Monitor up to 5 tanks via SubWave sonar technology so you can dive with multiple tanks or see your buddy's air levels. Descent T1 enables you to monitor tank pressure, remaining airtime, and air consumption rate for multiple types of diving.

Descent T1 is built to withstand the elements and water-rated to 360' (110m/11ATM). Get tank pressure, airtime remaining, air consumption rate and battery remaining sent directly to paired compatible Descent dive computer. Pair up to 5 transmitters to each compatible dive computer within a range of up to 33' (10m).

The compact transmitter measures 3.33 x 1.44 x 1.44" (84.50 x 36.52 x 36.52mm), has 7/16" 20 UNF male threads that connect to your first stage regulator high pressure port. The transmitter has a pressure rating of 4351 psi (300 bars), is powered by a replaceable 3 V CR123A lithium battery, that has a life expectancy of 100 hours. Normal operating temperature is from -4-degree F to 140-degree F (-20-degree C to 60-degree), an underwater operating temperature from 32-degree F to 104-degree F (0-degreeC to 40-degree C) and a storage temperature from -22-degree F to 158-degree F (-30-degree C to 70-degree C). Wireless frequency is 2.4 GHz @ 0 dBm. Transmitter comes with an owner's manual.
