The second fin strap was sent by Customer Services.... they were good.
The problems with the initial delivery nearly all seemed to come from the 'Post Haste' delivery service... you need 2 numbers in order to track your parcel, you don't get the promised updates on the delivery progress by email. the package was supposed to be signed for, but wasn't, it was left at the front door and not the back, etc. As I say I was very pleased with my purchase when it all arrived, but watch out for 'Post Haste'
