Dive Gear Online offers a no worries returns policy. We are happy to provide a 30 day money back guarantee for any gear purchased online. Please note delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable. Items must be new, unused and in its original undamaged packaging to qualify.
If you would like to return an item, pack up the items that would like to return securely. As Dive Gear Online cannot be held liable for any item that goes missing during transit, please make sure you use registered post to track delivery or courier with track and trace delivery along with signature on delivery. Please include the following with your package:
- Detailed note as to the reasons of the return
- Copy of the invoice/receipt
- Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange
If you are exchanging an item:
- Details on what you would like them item exchanged with
- Contact us for delivery payment for the exchanged item

If you have received an item that is damaged. Please inform us immediately on 0800 DIVE NZ (0800 3483 69). Do not just return the item as we may need to get additional information from you.
If there is an item missing, it may be on back order, which means that we are waiting for delivery from our supplier. We will always try to inform you prior to delivery if this is the case.
If for some reason you have not been informed and an item is missing from your order, please call us as soon as possible with your receipt number on 0800 DIVE NZ (0800 3483 69).
If your item is the wrong size, you can simply exchange your item for the same item in a different size. For more information about returning an item, please refer to the top section of this policy.
Cancelling your order
As long as the order has not been processed, there is no problem with cancelling your order. However, if items have already been shipped you will need to refer to the top section of this policy on returning an item. Contact us immediately on 0800 DIVE NZ (0800 3483 69) or firstname.lastname@example.org to check status and cancel your order.
Exchanging an item
As long as your item has not been used or damaged in any way and is not part of a special promotion then we are happy to offer you an exchange.

Changing an Order
As long as your order has not been processed yet, there is no problem with changing your order. Please make sure you call us on 0800 DIVE NZ (0800 3483 69) or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you wish to change your order.
Returning an item that was shipped to you for free
Any unused item can be returned as per the conditions outlined above, including items which were shipped free of charge. If an item that was shipped for free is exchanged for a different item, we will credit the full amount and will add a small charge to ship the new item to you.
When an item is returned for a refund, we will charge a small restocking fee to cover our shipping costs and fees. The restocking fee will be 5% of the item price.
Gift Voucher Purchases
If you purchased an item using a gift voucher, we are happy to exchange the product or refund the amount in either store credit or gift vouchers. For exchanging an item, please refer to the top section of this policy on returning an item.
