Although the physical parts of this course were quite challenging for me as an older diver, the value of it was learning what to do in emergency situations and it also made me think carefully about how the situations could arise and how to avoid them myself. The pool sessions were fun and thorough and we all got plenty of practice. Recommend all divers take this .
