OMS Smartstream BCD

We personally use and train our students in the OMS Smartstream BCD System.  Once you try a harness, we doubt you will go back - we certainly haven't.

With a one size fits all system, integrated weight system, easy to adjust and a weighted backplate - this system makes getting in and out of your gear super easy.  In the water the streamlined system gives you great control.

OMS SmartStream was developed to alleviate adjustment challenges which may arise while donning a back plate and harness rig with xed webbing. By pulling the waist straps forward the shoulder straps secure to the diver’s shoulders and back - proper adjustments are instantly achieved. This uniquely adjustable OMS system allows the use of OMS weight pockets or a place to hold a canister light.

This harness uses 3.5m of 5.1cm (2") nylon webbing materials and aluminium D-rings with weight stops are included. Two at chest level and one on the waist. Easily re positioned for optimal configuration with an OMS AL buckle. A 5.1cm (2") sewn crotch strap with a 5.1cm (2") DPV D-ring is also included which when fitted correctly stops the BCD from lifting too high when you are positively buoyant on the surface.  It also is the perfect place to attach a DPV (Diver Propulsion Vehicle).
